When are my gifts added?
One of each gift per qualifying website order in AED, subject to stock. Accepted gifts are added after checkout, once your final delivery address and merchandise total after discounts, excluding shipping, are confirmed. They will not appear as gift lines during checkout. Before you choose
Can I remove and reapply them during the day?+
Yes. The upper and lower lash pieces separate gently, so you can remove them before washing your face and reapply them once your natural lashes are clean and dry. No lash glue or magnetic eyeliner is needed. Follow the application and care guide.
Do I need glue or magnetic eyeliner?+
No. Two magnetic lash pieces sit above and below your natural lashes. Give yourself time to practise the placement when you first try them.
How many times can I wear them?+
More than 100 wears with proper care. Handle the magnetic strips gently, clean them as directed and store them in their case. Their lifespan depends on use and care.
When do I qualify for the Pouch + Fixer gifts?+
In the UAE, merchandise must total AED 200 or more after discounts. In Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman and Bahrain, the threshold is AED 399. Shipping does not count. One of each gift is added after checkout for eligible orders in AED, subject to stock and your gift preference in the bag.
