WOSADO Middle East — Return and Refund Policy

30-day return window

You may request a return within 30 days after your order has been delivered.

Eligibility

WOSADO magnetic eyelash products are eligible for return when they are unused, unworn, unopened, with all hygiene seals intact, and returned in their original packaging with proof of purchase.

Hygiene exception

For hygiene and safety reasons, products that have been opened, tried on, worn, used, or have a broken or removed seal cannot be returned, unless the product was delivered defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Sale and discounted items

Sale and discounted items follow the same 30-day return rules and are not automatically final sale. They must meet all eligibility and hygiene conditions above. Gift cards are non-refundable.

Free UAE returns

For eligible returns from addresses in the United Arab Emirates, WOSADO Middle East provides a prepaid return shipping label at no cost. Contact us before sending an item. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

GCC and international returns

For eligible returns from outside the United Arab Emirates, the customer is responsible for return shipping, customs charges, duties, and taxes unless the item was delivered defective, damaged, or incorrect. Original shipping charges and import costs are not refundable.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders

Inspect your order when it arrives. If it is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos so we can resolve the issue.

How to request a return

Email info@royalyellow.us with your order number and reason for return. Approved returns are sent to: Royal Yellow Trading LLC, Burlington Tower 904, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We will provide the applicable return instructions and, for eligible UAE returns, the prepaid label.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the eligible item and place a new order after the return has been approved.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may need additional processing time. If more than 15 business days have passed after approval, contact us at info@royalyellow.us.

European Union 14-day right of withdrawal

If an order is shipped into the European Union, you may also have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days under applicable law. Returned products must still meet the eligibility and hygiene conditions above unless applicable law provides otherwise.
