SHIPPING POLICY — WOSADO MIDDLE EAST

Fulfilment origin
Orders are fulfilled from Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Orders are normally processed within 0–1 business day. Orders placed after the daily cut-off, on weekends or on public holidays may be processed on the next business day.

United Arab Emirates
Available delivery services and the final delivery charge are shown at checkout.
• Standard UAE delivery: estimated 1–2 business days after dispatch.
• Same-day Dubai delivery: available only for eligible Dubai addresses, in-stock products and orders placed before the applicable cut-off time. Availability must be confirmed at checkout or by our team. Delays outside our reasonable control may occur.
• Free-shipping thresholds, when available, are displayed at checkout.

GCC delivery
We currently serve selected GCC destinations, including Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain and Kuwait.
• Standard GCC delivery: estimated 4–7 business days after dispatch.
• Express GCC delivery: estimated 2–4 business days where this option is offered at checkout.
Delivery estimates exclude customs delays and remote-area delays.

International delivery
International tracked delivery may be available to selected countries. The usual estimate is 5–10 business days after dispatch unless a different estimate is displayed at checkout.

Import duties and taxes
Orders delivered outside the UAE may be subject to import duties, VAT, customs fees or carrier clearance charges imposed by the destination country. Unless checkout expressly states otherwise, these charges are not collected by WOSADO Middle East and are the customer’s responsibility.

Currency and payment
Checkout is processed in AED unless another currency is expressly displayed. A customer’s bank or card issuer may apply currency-conversion or international-transaction fees.

Address and contact details
Customers must provide a complete delivery address and an active telephone number. Additional costs caused by an incorrect address, an unavailable recipient or a refused shipment may be charged to the customer.

مكان تجهيز الطلبات
يتم تجهيز وشحن الطلبات من دبي، الإمارات العربية المتحدة. تتم معالجة الطلبات عادةً خلال 0–1 يوم عمل. قد تتم معالجة الطلبات المقدمة بعد الموعد اليومي المحدد أو خلال عطلات نهاية الأسبوع والعطلات الرسمية في يوم العمل التالي.

التوصيل داخل الإمارات العربية المتحدة
تظهر خيارات التوصيل المتاحة والتكلفة النهائية عند إتمام الطلب.
• التوصيل القياسي داخل الإمارات: المدة التقديرية 1–2 يوم عمل بعد الشحن.
• التوصيل في نفس اليوم داخل دبي: متاح فقط للعناوين المؤهلة والمنتجات المتوفرة والطلبات المقدمة قبل الموعد المحدد. يجب تأكيد التوفر عند إتمام الطلب أو من خلال فريقنا.
• تظهر حدود الشحن المجاني، عند توفرها، في صفحة إتمام الطلب.

التوصيل إلى دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي
نوفر حالياً التوصيل إلى وجهات مختارة، بما في ذلك المملكة العربية السعودية وقطر وعُمان والبحرين والكويت.
• التوصيل القياسي: المدة التقديرية 4–7 أيام عمل بعد الشحن.
• التوصيل السريع: المدة التقديرية 2–4 أيام عمل عندما يظهر هذا الخيار عند إتمام الطلب.
لا تشمل المدد التقديرية أي تأخير جمركي أو تأخير للمناطق النائية.

الشحن الدولي
قد يتوفر الشحن الدولي مع التتبع إلى دول مختارة. المدة المعتادة هي 5–10 أيام عمل بعد الشحن، ما لم تظهر مدة مختلفة عند إتمام الطلب.

الرسوم الجمركية والضرائب
قد تخضع الطلبات المرسلة خارج الإمارات لرسوم استيراد أو ضريبة قيمة مضافة أو رسوم جمركية أو رسوم تخليص يفرضها بلد الوجهة. ما لم يُذكر خلاف ذلك عند إتمام الطلب، لا تقوم ووسادو الشرق الأوسط بتحصيل هذه الرسوم وتكون مسؤولية العميل.

العملة والدفع
تتم معالجة الدفع بالدرهم الإماراتي ما لم تظهر عملة أخرى بشكل واضح. قد يفرض البنك أو مُصدر البطاقة رسوم تحويل عملة أو معاملات دولية.

العنوان وبيانات الاتصال
يجب على العميل تقديم عنوان كامل ورقم هاتف فعال. قد يتحمل العميل أي تكاليف إضافية تنتج عن عنوان غير صحيح أو عدم توفر المستلم أو رفض الشحنة.

التتبع والتأخير
